HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHTS

This October, make sure to educate yourself on the horrors of the world by watching these films. Remember that I have watched all of them myself and I promise none are too terrifying, but they are all exceptionally scary in their own special way!

 

The Skeleton Key (Softly, 2005)

Caroline Ellis (Kate Hudson) is a hospice nurse who goes to care for an old man outside of New Orleanes. What she doesn't discover until the very end is why he needs the caretaking.

 

The Amityville Horror (Douglas, 2005)

With new marriages usually comes a new house. These newleyweds were just looking for something affordable, but what they got was a demonically possessed house and no way out.

 

Beetlejuice (Burton, 1988)

A Burton classic in which, a couple who is actually dead must try to haunt their home's new family in hopes that they will vacat the premises.

 

It (Wallace, 1990 mini-series)

Centered around a group of kids that goes by "The Loser Club" who are destined to fight off a demon possessed, child killing clown, not once, but twice!

 

Poltergiest (Hooper, 1982)

A family quickly learns that their house is haunted by a host of ghosts, and because of the new building project in the area they attempt to get rid of the haunting instead of moving away.
